Ancient Egyptian yarns from Mostagedda dated 332 BC – AD 395 Blue wool yarns, apparently the warp taken from a loom. Though somewhat tangled the yarns remain close and parallel as though they had been stretched for some time on the loom beams and sized slightly for weaving.
