Ancient Egyptian metal fragment from Naukratis dated 600 – 500 BC

Copper alloy strip, which has been formed into a curve with a raised ridge running down the centre, broken at both ends. Projecting from one side is a cone shaped object, decoration or a handle. Badly corroded. Perhaps part of a vessel.
