Ancient Egyptian jar from Qaw el Kibir dated 2181 – 2160 BC

A pottery jar, spherical body with a rounded base and a very short neck with a rim pinched to create a wavy effect. There is a spout near the top and there are three incised lines going around the jar in line with the spout.
