Ancient Egyptian sherd from Abydos dated 1473 – 1458 BC

A sherd of buff ware pottery with brown painted decoration. It is from the top of the false neck of a Mycenean false necked vase. The decoration comprises brown circle at centre with three concentric rings around it.
